Laatzen Erich-Panitz Straße

In cooperation with our supporting company Neustädter Bauplanung an attractive new construction was built in the city centre of Laatzen. The building located in the Erich-Panitz-Straße in Laatzen, Hanover is a special flat roof construction and serves as a retail store for the Bauhaus AG. Furthermore, customers find a bakery store from the Steinecke chain on the ground floor. On the first floor, employees find their lounges and offices.

A district heating system, a modern fire detection system, as well as a section with a cooling and ventilation system, are components of the technical basic infrastructure. Right from the beginning of the planning phase of the construction we used the already existent development as an orientation for our design. Additionally, everything, including the traffic flows, ought to integrate into the existing infrastructure. A further advantage of the new construction was the direct connection to the fairgrounds and the tram station Messe/Laatzen. Customers can use roundabout 390 parking lots on the area.
