The extension of the hospital in Neustadt is a prime example for a successful cooperation between construction management, architects, investors and tenants. We constructed an innovative outpatient department located in the Lindenstraße 77. Since 2015, a retirement home, an oncologist, an internist and a dialysis centre complete the portfolio of the acute geriatrics.
By now, a bakery store and a store for hearing devices moved in. The modern medical practice’s rooms offer the inhabitants in and around Neustadt complete sanitary precautions and aftercare. Patients and doctors benefit from new technical potential and shorter distances thanks to the functional building extension.
