Requirement profile
- We prefer to implement projects in northern Germany, especially Lower Saxony and its bordering federal states as well as Berlin and the “Berliner Speckgürtel” (a surrounding area).
- We are not interested in highly diversified offers.
- We are not looking for finished investment properties without potential for rent increase and/or corresponding development opportunities.
- We would appreciate precise, verifiable and telling portfolios as well as detailed (on-)site knowledge of the property. Ideally, the projects are also visually represented by photographs (or videos).
